Manual Osteopathy is a non-aggressive, holistic form of hands on therapy. A Manual Osteopath’s primarily focus is on mobilizing bones, muscles and joints with hundreds of different techniques that focus on every part of the human body. Each treatment is specifically designed to help an individual meet their optimum level of health. Manual Osteopaths also use many forms of active and passive stretching such as Muscle Energy Techniques (MET).
